I’m Graduating this week, and it seems I’m heading into a new phase of my life. No more hungover pizza, tv watching days, less silly mistakes and new friends, finds, goals and perspectives. Things are changing, lets see what happens!

Just Finished this book - really wonderful book, many twist and turns, great characters and a enthralling intellectual story throughout - I would recommend to all!

Went to go and see Wes Anderson’s Moonrise kingdom this evening - was absaloutely magical! Weird yet wonderful with a heart warming tale. Loved it.

Thought I would just give you a glimpse of my preferences when it comes to alcoholic beverages! First of all Dirty Mojitos….We’ve all heard of dirty Martinis but Mojitos?! YES. A couple of shots of spiced rum, Mint leaves, A dash of bitter, fresh lime juice, brown sugar and club soda, muddle all but one sprig of mint and the bitters in a shaker. Then add the rum, lime and sugar, shake and strain over ice - top with the soda and garnish with the mint - Voila, possibly one of the best cocktails in the world!

Next A bit of Pomy Cherry Fizz. Put some pomegranate seeds mashed up with mint and a couple of dark (tinned) cherries in the bottom of a Champagne glass - then fill to the brim with white Champagne, I vote Bollinger. Sets the Party off with a bang!

Onto TEQUILA SHOTS BABY! Salt on one hand, Tequila shot between fore finger and thumb, lime in the other and GO!

And for the next morning…Hair of the dog and all that, go for a solid Tasbasco sodden bloody mary. Lots of tomato juice, Vodka, Lemonjuice, Tobasco sauce, Salt and Pepper - Mix all together over ice and add a celery stick as a garnish. Should take the edge of your hangover…and if not…I swear by a glass of water with an orange Berocca!

ENJOY!
